 Arrival in M’Hamid, the Gateway to the désert

 Arrival in M’Hamid by your own means:

• Direct CTM bus from Marrakech at 10:30 AM
• Shared taxi, with a change in Ouarzazate

 Day 1: M’Hamid – Erg Lbour (Camel Trekking)

 Early morning departure after breakfast towards Erg Lbour, a stunning dune area.
Trek through désert landscapes, with stops to admire the Saharan flora and fauna.
Lunch break under tamarisks and acacias.

Arrival at Kraiatte Eljmal in the late afternoon.
Nomadic evening: traditional sand-baked bread, Berber songs, and a warm atmosphere around the fire.
Overnight stay in a bivouac under the stars.

 Day 3: Erg Lbour – Erg Bougarne (Trekking)

 Sunrise over the dunes, followed by a trek to Erg Bougarne.
Crossing the Hamada of Drâa, a rocky plateau where you can find ancient fossils, evidence of the Sahara’s geological history.
Lunch break under the acacia trees, before reaching the golden dunes of Bougarne.

 Bivouac setup in the heart of the désert, where only the stars illuminate the Saharan night.

 Day 4: Erg Bougarne – Erg Chegaga (4x4 & Majestic Dunes)

 Departure in a 4x4 towards the famous Erg Chegaga sand sea, home to the largest dunes in Morocco, rising over 300 meters.

Discover breathtaking désert landscapes, a true immersion into the immensity of the Sahara.
Unforgettable sunset over the dunes of Chegaga, offering spectacular panoramic views.

 Evening entertainment with Tuareg music and traditional songs around the fire.
Overnight stay in a comfortable bivouac at Erg Chegaga, with access to showers.

Day 5: Erg Chegaga – M’Hamid (Return by 4x4)

 Breakfast in the heart of the désert, before heading back to M’Hamid in a 4x4.
End of the expedition, with the possibility to leave at the time of your choice.
