7 rules for to become nomadic
More and more people are traveling around the world out of business and leisure contexts. Maybe you just had your tank, you think taking a year off to volunteer. Or a personal reason brings you to settle for a while in the midst of a culture and a different climate.
Here are some tips to stay calm and open to the new experience of becoming nomadic
Do not overload your backpack. You can never carry with you what you will need for a year. The less you take, the less you need something. Maybe you'd lost travel miles for nothing, you do not know. But unless you load on your shoulder, you feel more freedom on the road.
Do not read travel books. This will build a particular image in your mind of how things should look like. If there is a wait, it will be a disappointment too. Basically, do not be swayed from the beginning, let things come as they are.
Accept invitations. Unless you really feel repulsion or suspicion someone. Usually, the "chance" is what takes you to discover the people and places you have to see. So try your luck.
Eat local food, local drinks, meet local people. Your body will adapt to the new climate. Enjoy this moment of freedom when you are not surrounded by the "pillars" familiar to you trust naturally. Despite all the cultural differences, God gave us the common nonsense? Do not be afraid, just be aware minimizing all your worries. Things go better with a quiet heart.
